A locally owned and operated professional staffing firm in Portland is searching for a candidate to join their team as a Staffing Coordinator!

The Staffing Coordinator's responsibilities include attending networking events, cultivating and fostering community partnerships, creating digital and physical marketing materials and managing our social media platforms. Administrative tasks include but are not limited to job description creation and management across many platforms, document creation using Google docs and Microsoft and composition of professional communications.
Required Education and Skills:
Bachelors degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising)
Solid, proven customer service skills
Must be highly computer proficient
Must be a fast learning, self-motivated individual
Must be highly organized and focused
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of social media and other marketing and outreach activities
Attends networking and other relationship building events
Creates job descriptions and posts jobs
Cultivates resources for us to find qualified applicants
Creates email campaigns to attract our target audiences
Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate must be willing to attend networking events outside of normal office hours.
