On-Call Front Desk/Scheduler

Proven customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Great attention-to-detail and ability to multi-task
A friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to be comfortable interacting with patients and registering patients for their appointments in the lobby
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least one year of experience working in a healthcare environment
Medical terminology and some insurance billing knowledge
Typically, the schedule averages 30 hours/week
This position is on-call. Hours range between 8-40 hours/week but the schedule will be provided two weeks in advance. The On-Call schedule is made to cover any vacations, leave of absences, workers out on FMLA, sick days etc.
Earliest shift starts at 6: 45 am, the latest shift ends at 9 pm. M-F with some Saturdays.
There are two centers that the On-Call person will float between: one in Tanasbourne the other in Bridgeport area.
$16/hr to start
